• An active Georgia Real Estate Brokers License or a Masters degree in a Real Estate field

• A minimum of 40 closings in your career

• ​Atlanta Board of REALTORS membership

• Majority approval of other ABC brokers

This ensures an ABC broker is someone you can trust, has years of experience, and really knows Atlanta real estate.

• 100% commission goes to you

• $415 per transaction fee

• $60 monthly fee 

• $600 one-time onboarding fee

If you are a broker that does 10/20/30 deals a year, you win:

​

• (10 deals x $415 transaction) + ($60 monthly fee x 12 months) =  $4870 total 

• (20 deals x $415 transaction) + ($60 monthly fee x 12 months) =  $9020 total

• (30 deals x $415 transaction) + ($60 monthly fee x 12 months) =  $13,170 total
